Anu Sharma

Anu Sharma is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition at adidas since September 2021, Anu oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, effectively sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in IT and GBS functions. Prior to adidas, Anu held various roles at GSPANN Technologies, Inc. from February 2015 to August 2021, progressing from IT Recruiter to Senior Technical Lead, focusing on end-to-end delivery and recruitment. Anu's early career included serving as a Sr. HR Executive at The Glove from November 2011 to February 2015, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates for Fortune 500 MNCs.
