Caroline Hess

Caroline Hess is the Design Director at adidas, where they lead a highly engaged design team focused on tennis, swim, and cycling. They have previously held roles as a designer and senior designer at adidas, contributing to international apparel ranges and managing product creation processes. Caroline’s early experience includes internships at Evelin Brandt, Bernhard Willhelm, and Anne Valérie Hash, where they honed their skills in womenswear and prêt-à-porter design. In 2021, they enhanced their business acumen through a course at Harvard Business School.
