Dr. Dagmar Daubner-Siva

Dr. Dagmar Daubner-Siva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dr. Dagmar began their career at BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, where they worked as a cross-functional trainee and later as a Global Marketing Manager. Dr. Dagmar then joined their own consultancy, Dagmar Daubner Consultancy, where they worked as a founding consultant and entrepreneur. Dr. Dagmar also worked at HEINEKEN as a Learning & Development Consultant, Global Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, and Training Manager, Global Marketing. At Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, they worked as an Executive PhD Researcher, finalizing their dissertation. Currently, they are at adidas, where they have held several roles including Director Talent Partnering, Senior Director HR Global Supply Chain Management, and Vice President HR Global Supply Chain Management.
