Dr. Dagmar Daubner-Siva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dr. Dagmar began their career at BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, where they worked as a cross-functional trainee and later as a Global Marketing Manager. Dr. Dagmar Daubner-Siva has a strong educational background. Dr. Dagmar completed their Executive PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2011 to 2016, focusing on Organizational Behavior Studies. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Arts degree in Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2006 and 2009. Dr. Daubner-Siva also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, earned with first-class honors from the University of Cooperative Education in 2004. Dr. Dagmar briefly studied Business Administration at Cleveland State University in 2002. Additionally, they completed their high school education at the Heilig-Geist-Gymnasium Menden in Germany, obtaining their High School Diploma (Abitur) in 2001.
