Dr. Nikhil Shete

Dr. Nikhil Shete serves as the Global Commercial Excellence Manager in the Lean Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Office at Eppendorf Group since February 2020, focusing on portfolios related to continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma optimization, project management, and digital transformation, among other areas. Prior to Eppendorf, Dr. Shete held various roles at EPLAN, including International Project Manager and Junior International Sales Operations Manager, where significant projects included the global roll-out of the Franklin Covey All Access Pass Portal and Building Information Modelling. Dr. Shete began a career in Lean management as a Master Thesis student with GCE Group and has completed an internship in continuous improvement. Educational qualifications include a Global Doctor of Business Administration in Lean Management, an MBA in Interdisciplinary Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering, complemented by vocational training in Mechanical Maintenance.
