Pietro Vagliera

Pietro Vagliera is an accomplished professional in the fields of quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Global Continuous Improvement Director at Sidel since August 2025. With extensive experience across multiple industries, Pietro has previously held key roles such as Global Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement at BOBST and Global Quality and Opex Manager at ABB, where international quality systems and Lean Six Sigma initiatives were successfully implemented. A Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from General Electric Oil & Gas, Pietro has also served as a Senior Project Manager at GEA and Whirlpool Corporation, leading complex projects and manufacturing optimizations. Pietro holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
