Erhan Polat

Erhan Polat has over two decades of experience in the athletic apparel industry, primarily with adidas. Currently serving as Director of Sourcing Operations for EMEA since July 2008, Erhan has held several key positions, including Director of EMEA Sourcing A&G and Director of Quality A&G, overseeing quality standards, laboratory testing, and accessories and gear. Prior to this, Erhan worked as Senior Manager of Sourcing at adidas group from January 2000 to March 2008 and began a career at adidas as a Sales Specialist from February 1991 to March 1997, focusing on call-center sales, field operations, and key account management.
