Hareesh Goutham

Hareesh Goutham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail and transformation roles, currently serving as Director of Transformation for eCommerce and Retail at adidas since June 2021, leading significant transformation initiatives. Previously, Hareesh held the position of Director of Retail and Digital Experience Europe at adidas from October 2018 to June 2021, and Senior Manager of Omni-channel Transformation within the adidas group from October 2013 to March 2015. Earlier in his career, Hareesh worked as Group Manager of Retail Operations, enhancing productivity and growth for adidas and Reebok stores. Prior experience includes a tenure at Apple as National Manager for New Store Openings and Regional Manager for the Premium Resellers Channel, as well as a position at ITC as Regional Manager for Sales and Operations. Hareesh's career began with ITC as a Store Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Madras and advanced studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
