Kathy Geneste

Kathy Geneste has an extensive work experience in finance and business development. Kathy started their career in 1994 as a Sales Administration intern at Schneider Electric. Afterwards, they worked as an Internal Control intern at Air Liquide in 1995. Kathy then joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 1996 as a Group Finance Reporting and SAP Implementation Project Controller. In 1999, Kathy joined Danone and held various roles such as Head of FP&A, Head of Finance for Brand, Sales & Supply Chain, and Head of Internal Control. Kathy then transitioned to Fleury Michon in 2006 as an Executive VP Finance for the ready-cooked meals business unit. From 2007 to 2010, Kathy worked as Director FP&A at adidas France, and from 2010 to 2016, they served as the Country CFO and Chief of Business Development at adidas France. Kathy then moved to adidas Group Headquarters in Germany, where they held positions as Global VP Finance Sales & Digital, and currently as Global VP Finance Brand. Throughout their career, Kathy Geneste has demonstrated their expertise in financial performance tracking, business strategy, and finance transformation programs.
