Lelia Andeol has over a decade of experience in supply chain management and customer service, currently serving as Director of Sales Development for Latin America at adidas since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing order fulfillment, leading planning and reporting initiatives, and fostering a high-performance team culture. Previous positions include Senior Logistics and Customer Service Specialist at Goodyear Middle East - Africa, where Lelia contributed to significant cost reductions and improved documentation processes. Lelia has also held roles in customer service and logistics management at INTERNETSTORES AG and project management at MARTIN-BROWER. Academic credentials include an MBA in Supply Chain and International Purchasing from INSEEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from EGC Business School.
