Margherita Raccuglia

Margherita Raccuglia is an experienced professional in the field of sport science and athlete performance, having held significant roles at adidas from September 2015 to July 2024, including Director of Athlete Performance, Director of Athlete Science, and Senior Manager of Sport Science. Raccuglia also completed a placement as a PhD student at Penn State University focusing on thermophysiology research and participated in an international placement at Loughborough University. Raccuglia's expertise is supported by a Doctor of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology and Environmental Ergonomics from Loughborough University and a Master's degree in Human Performance and Sport Science from Università degli Studi Palermo. Additionally, Raccuglia served as a Scientific Consultant for the Italian Ministry of Public Health from September 2012 to September 2013.
