Maria Alcalde

Maria Alcalde possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a notable tenure at adidas from October 2015 to April 2024, where roles included Senior HR Director for Global Brands and HR Director for the adidas Brand. Prior to adidas, Maria Alcalde worked at Procter & Gamble from April 2009 to March 2014, fulfilling positions such as HRBP and Learning and Development Manager, as well as Labor Relations Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Desigual and an internship at El Corte Inglés in human resources. Maria Alcalde holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from Universitat Ramon Llull and a Master's degree in Safety and Occupational Health from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
