Parul Malhotra

Parul Malhotra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Parul began their career as a Summer Intern at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2003. Parul then worked as an HR Business Partner at Patni Computer Systems from 2004 to 2006. Parul joined Keane as the Head of Strategic Initiatives in 2006 before moving to adidas in 2008. At adidas, they held various roles including HR Manager from 2008 to 2010, Sr. Manager HR from 2011 to 2015, Director HRM and Rewards from 2015 to 2018, HR Head for India from 2018 to 2020, and HR Head for Thailand from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Parul serves as the Sr. Director HR for South East Asia at adidas.

Parul Malhotra completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources & Marketing from SCMHRD, Pune, from 2002 to 2004. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Sociology from Sri Venkateswara College, DU, from 1999 to 2002.
