Radha Soni

Radha Soni, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Digital Retail and Wholesale Projects at adidas since August 2022. Prior to this role, Radha held several key positions at Scotiabank, including Senior Manager for Payments Strategy and Digital Experience, as well as Senior Manager for Loyalty and Rewards Strategy, from August 2019 to May 2022. Additional experience includes being Manager of Mastercard Relationship and Partnership Governance at BMO Financial Group, and various roles at Scotiabank that involved managing cards and international banking operations. Radha also contributed as a Board Member for Defence for Children International and as Manager of Human Resources for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee. Radha's foundational experience includes a key role as Manager of Employer Relations at Goodwill Industries Toronto and various internships within the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Radha holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business - York University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Ryerson University.
