Stephanie Decker

Stephanie Decker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandising and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising at adidas since March 2015. With a progressive career at adidas, Stephanie has held various senior leadership roles including Senior Director of Merchandising and Marketing, Senior Director of Footwear and Apparel, and Senior Director of Digital Partner Commerce. Prior to adidas, Stephanie spent nearly a decade at Fossil Group, Inc. in multiple sales and account management positions, and started her career as a Store Manager at The Buckle. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising from Oklahoma State University and completed corporate learning at Harvard Business Publishing in 2020.
