Alisha Chadha

Alisha Chadha's work experience begins with their current role as Vice President of Buying & Merchandising at Claire's since April 2022. Prior to joining Claire's, Alisha has held various high-level positions at Ralph Lauren, including Senior Buying Director, Buying Director, Head of Buying, and Buying Manager. Their tenure at Ralph Lauren spans from November 2016 to April 2022. Before Ralph Lauren, Alisha worked at Urban Outfitters Europe as a Senior Buyer and Buyer for menswear, starting in March 2012 and ending in November 2016. Their earliest work experience was at Peacocks, where they served as an Assistant & Junior Merchandiser for men's knitwear, shirts, and formal wear from August 2010 to March 2012.

Alisha Chadha attended Cardiff University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Management and Economics. Prior to their university education, they attended Bolton School from 1992 to 2006.
