Sweta Pattnaik

Sweta Pattnaik is an experienced data and analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Data & Analytics at adidas since 2016, where leadership includes managing a global Datalake Platform and overseeing large-scale data transformation programs. Prior roles at adidas included Senior Delivery/Operations Manager and BI Delivery/Operations Manager, focusing on Business Intelligence reporting and ensuring data quality. Before joining adidas, experience included serving as BI Technology Lead at Cognizant and as a BI Data Analyst at Wipro, where expertise in data projects and analytics was developed. Sweta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Science & Technology, obtained in 2011.
