Dilek Kaya Polatgil

Dilek Kaya Polatgil is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Adient since September 2016, Dilek previously held the position of HR Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Professional at Johnson Controls from April 2008 to August 2016 and as an HR Responsible at Gürsoylar from March 2006 to March 2008.
