Joaquin Martinez

Joaquin Martinez is the Director of Operations at Adient, a role held since 2016, where they manage P&L responsibilities and oversee operations in Europe for major customers including Renault, Nissan, and Kia. Previously, from 2006 to 2016, Joaquin worked at Johnson Controls, serving as Plant Manager and Program Manager, where they executed new projects, drove continuous improvement, and maintained strong customer relationships. Joaquin holds an M.B.A. from Instituto de Estudios Universitarios and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, complemented by further education at IPADE Business School.
