Justin Shupp

Justin Shupp is an experienced professional in the field of manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing IT at Adient since September 2018. Responsibilities include shop floor MES standardization, system optimization, and process definition while collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Prior roles at Adient encompass Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, overseeing the Equipment and Controls Team. Additional experience includes a position as Manager of Industrial Engineering at HBPO North America and various engineering roles at Johnson Controls, such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. Earlier in career, Justin worked at AAM as a Manufacturing Engineer. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
