Martin Bednár

Martin Bednár is a Manager in Engineering and Subject Matter Technical Expert in the Product Group Complete Seat at Adient, where they have worked since 2016. They actively participated in the technical meetings at PORSCHE and were responsible for the development of various seating projects, including the rear seat development of PO426. Martin successfully launched Karoq front seats into serial production, achieving a notable EURO NCAP rating, and played a key role in integrating new safety requirements for passenger safety. Prior to Adient, Martin gained diverse engineering experience across several positions in the automotive industry.
