Michael Chabot is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure operations, strategy, and application delivery. Currently serving as Director of IT, Infrastructure & Operations at Adient since October 2016, Michael leads modernization initiatives across data centers, cloud environments, and Microsoft M365 governance. Prior roles at Adient include oversight of IT strategies for Commercial Operations and Corporate Applications, emphasizing digital transformation and advanced technologies. Before joining Adient, Michael held significant positions at Johnson Controls, including Director of IT, Solution Delivery Services, and has extensive experience in application development and project management from earlier roles at Spartan Stores and ISD Corporation.
