Rafael Aguilar

Rafael Aguilar currently serves as Supplier Quality Manager at Adient since January 2022, following a long tenure at Adient's Corp. Office as ASQE-Lead starting in October 2011. Previously, Rafael worked at Johnson Controls, holding various roles including Advance Supplier Quality Lead, where responsibilities included coordinating new program launches at the supplier base in North America and Mexico and managing a team of engineers. Rafael's earlier experience includes roles as Sr. Advance QA and Product Engineer, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Manager at Johnson Controls and Nissan Mexicana, respectively. Rafael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMSNH, completed between 1981 and 1986.
