Richard Bickel

Richard Bickel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Global Platform Director at Adient since October 2016. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Johnson Controls Automotive from June 2005 to September 2016, including Platform Director responsible for the Toyota business in North America and South America, and Senior Program Manager overseeing major programs for Honda and Toyota. Richard's career began at Takata and Johnson Controls, where significant roles included Senior Engineering Manager and Advanced Quality Engineer. Richard holds an MBA in Business Administration from Bellarmine University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
