Zineb ROUGUI

Zineb Rougui has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Zineb began their career as a LEAN assistant intern at Danone in 2014, where they supervised and detected stopping machines and implemented an Excel file for key performance indicators. In 2015, they worked as a Supply Chain Intern at PPG Industries, focusing on a Business Process Re-engineering project.

From 2016 onwards, Zineb held several roles in different companies. Zineb worked as a Consultant at CCGP and as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant at Fondation Montreal inc. Zineb also served as a Change Management Consultant at Michelin and as a Data Scientist at CIRANO. In 2017, they joined Optel as a Product Owner and IT Business Analyst.

In 2018, Zineb joined Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd as a Product Owner and Business Process Analyst. Zineb'smost recent role is with Adikteev, where they currently work as a Product Owner and Product Manager, focusing on app re-engagement platform.

Zineb Rougui's education history includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and another Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. Prior to these degrees, Zineb also attended a program called "Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles d'ingénierie" where they studied Maths and Physics (MP*).

In addition to their formal education, Zineb has obtained several certifications. Zineb is a Certified Product-led from Pendo.io, obtained in April 2023. Zineb is also a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org, obtained in December 2021. Zineb has completed a course on Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management from the University of Maryland, although the specific date of completion is not provided. Zineb also holds a certification in "Les fondements de la gestion de projet: Le changement" from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2018. Lastly, they have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from CIMAR LAB, obtained in December 2015.
