Joost van Kuijk

Joost van Kuijk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2015 onwards, they have served as the CEO/CMO of Adimec, a multi-cultural international company in the Machine Vision, Healthcare, and Global Security industries. In this position, they strive to create a healthy company that delivers innovative industrial camera technologies. Prior to their CEO role, Joost was the VP of Marketing & Technology at Adimec from 2010 to 2016, where they combined marketing and technology to develop successful high-tech products.

Before joining Adimec, Joost held various leadership positions at Coventor Inc. From 2005 to 2010, they were the VP of Marketing & Business Development, directing business development in the MEMS market. Joost also served as the Technical Director Europe from 1998 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Joost worked as a director at microcosm from 1996 to 2002 and as a researcher at Universiteit Twente from 1992 to 1997. Joost also worked as a researcher and student at Twente University from 1992 to 1996, and as a researcher at Universiteit Delft from 1988 to 1993. Joost completed their education at Delft University from 1988 to 1992.

Joost van Kuijk completed their education in a systematic and cohesive manner. Joost began their academic journey at Delft University of Technology, where they pursued a master's degree in mechanical engineering from 1986 to 1992. Following this, they continued their pursuit of knowledge at the University of Twente, where they achieved a PhD in Micro Mechanics, taking five years to complete from 1992 to 1997.
