Rolf Hofland

Rolf Hofland has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Rolf currently works as a Senior Project Manager at Adimec Advanced Image Systems bv, where they lead a team of engineers in designing and producing cameras. Prior to this, Rolf worked as a Project Manager at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) for four years, overseeing the entire value chain of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of high-tech products. Rolf also served as a Project Manager at Bekaert, where they specialized in R&D for heating systems. Rolf has experience as an Account Manager at Philips HTP and Key Account Manager at KeyTec. Additionally, they owned and managed De Groenfabriek, an incubator and platform for creative start-ups.
