Hasan Bajrektarevic serves as the VP of Compliance at Adirondack Bank since June 2023. Prior to this role, Hasan held the position of SVP, Compliance Advisor at M&T Bank from January 2022 to June 2023. Hasan's career also includes significant experience at NBT Bancorp, Inc, where services were provided as AVP of Fair Lending Compliance from October 2007 to January 2022. Hasan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Economic Crime Investigation from Utica University between 2000 and 2004.
