Charlotte West has extensive experience in operations and compliance within the recruitment sector, currently serving as VP of Operations & Compliance and Head of Operations at Meet since January 2014. Prior to Meet, Charlotte worked at Caspian One as Business Support, contributing to a specialist recruitment agency in Investment Banking Technology and Broadcast Technology from April 2011 to December 2013. Charlotte's career began at The Richmond Group, where various roles included sales, account management, and project management from 2008 to 2011. Charlotte holds a BA Honours in English Literature and Media Communications from Bath Spa University, completed in 2007, and has foundational education from Salisbury College and St. Edmund's Girls' School.
