Meghan Bargabos

AIS Field Assistant at Adirondack Research

Meghan is from Manlius, NY, and pursued a B.S. in Environmental Science and Sustainability at Nazareth College. While at Nazareth, she participated in various research projects, including analyzing lead and arsenic in urban gardens, studying the causes and effects of eutrophication in the Genesee River and Lake Ontario, and researching ways to grow plants in a lunar substrate replicant. She has worked on other projects involving ecosystem restoration, and last summer she was part of a team working to restore the habitat along Onondaga Lake in Syracuse.
