Mike Reynolds

Mike Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Mike is currently the Director, Global Executive Search at Adison Partners, a global executive search and talent consulting firm. Prior to this, Mike held various positions at Dell EMC, including Sr. Director, GBS Sales Enablement & Marketing, Director of Business Services Operations, Sr. Manager of Maintenance Contract Operations, Consultant Program Manager, Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, and Global Project Lead. Mike also worked at EMC as a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst. Earlier in their career, Mike was a Sr. Client Support Specialist at Putnam Investments. Throughout their roles, Mike demonstrated strong leadership, budget management, process optimization, and relationship-building skills.

Mike Reynolds obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University - Camden, which they completed between 1992 and 1995. Later on, they pursued further education in Executive Education at Babson College, specializing in EMC - Sustaining High Performance.
