Estelle Devillard is a seasoned professional in the field of nutrition and health with extensive experience in research and innovation. Currently serving as the Scientific Director and Head of Research & Innovation for Nutrition Poultry and Swine at Adisseo since January 2007, Estelle has held several key positions including Research Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist at the Rowett Research Institute from 2003 to 2007, focusing on lipid metabolism by rumen and human colon microorganisms, and postdoctoral research at Lawson Lab in Canada, investigating probiotics and urogenital infections, and at The Ohio State University, exploring mechanisms of adhesion of rumen bacteria to plant materials. Estelle holds a PhD in Nutrition - Microbiologie and Ecologie microbienne from Université Blaise Pascal and a DEA in Nutrition from Université Aix Marseille.
