Guillaume Olivier

Guillaume Olivier has extensive experience in the ruminant nutrition sector, currently serving as Ruminant Technical Sales Manager for France at Adisseo since October 2025. Prior to this role, Guillaume held various leadership positions at ADM from October 2014 to September 2025, including Head of Global Ruminant Segment and Global Marketing Manager for Premix & Services, where responsibilities included managing a team of nutritionists and veterinarians. From July 1999 to September 2014, Guillaume worked at Neovia Group as an International Formulation Nutritionist, supporting markets in Spain, Brazil, South Africa, and Mexico, and specializing in ruminant, rabbit, and horse formulations. Early career roles included Formulation Nutritionist at Evialis France and Technico-Commercial at COFNA. Guillaume holds a degree in Engineering from UniLaSalle, earned from 1994 to 1999.
