Marion Buros

Marion Buros is an accomplished Human Resources Director with extensive experience at Adisseo since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading strategic and transformation projects exceeding 15 million euros, managing communications to the Executive Committee and shareholders, and overseeing a team of experts. Previously, Marion held roles such as Headquarters HR Director and Talent Projects Manager, coordinating corporate talent and learning initiatives and developing key HR processes. Additional experience includes strategic project management under the Group CEO and senior consulting roles focused on change management and organizational transformation at SpinPart. Marion also actively participates in the European HRD Circle and holds degrees from Sciences Po and ESCP Europe.
