Zachary Simons

Zachary Simons is an experienced poultry business professional currently serving as the Poultry Business Manager at Adisseo since July 2021. Prior to this role, Zachary worked as a Poultry Account Manager at Nova-Tech Engineering, managing commercial accounts across multiple countries and assisting with marketing and product implementation in the chicken layer market. Previous internships at Cargill and PROVIMI NORTH AMERICA focused on poultry additive development, while earlier roles included a poultry rotational internship at Daybreak Foods, Inc. and a position as Nature Center Director at Lake Waubesa Bible Camp. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and Poultry Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a certificate in Poultry Science from the Midwest Poultry Consortium Center of Excellence, and is currently pursuing a Post Baccalaureate in Poultry Health at the University of Minnesota.
