Michael Lonergan

Michael Lonergan is a board member at Aditi Consulting, a previous company they also worked for. Michael has also worked for YPO, Seminole Marine Group: Sailfish Boats, SouthWind Boats, Farm Burger, TeamOne Logistics, LLC, Your Pie, Georgia Oak Partners, and Strategic Value Partners. Michael was vice president at Strategic Value Partners from January 2007 to December 2010 and was responsible for leading the diligence efforts on the review of control buyout transactions and sourcing and evaluating credit investments for SVP’s “loan to own” strategy. Prior to that, they were an associate at Sun Capital Partners from April 2005 to September 2007 where they evaluated and facilitated numerous turnaround control buyout investments with the completion of deals from Spartanburg, SC to Lyon, France.

Michael Lonergan attended the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in finance and management.
