Maura Pagano

Maura Pagano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maura is currently the Director of Human Resources at Aditum Bio, where they oversee HR and recruiting for both Aditum Bio and its portfolio companies. Prior to this, they worked at Stripe in a recruiting role.

Maura also has experience at TrialSpark, where they served as a Senior Manager, Talent. In this role, they contributed as a full cycle recruiter and recruiting manager, and also owned critical HR initiatives. Maura previously worked at Google as a Leadership Recruiter & Technical Sourcer, focusing on placing technical leadership roles in the company's Cloud computing organization.

Earlier in their career, Maura was an early member of the recruiting team at Redfin, supporting hiring in all departments. Maura also worked as a Salesperson at Nordstrom. Maura started their career at the U.S. Coast Guard as an Administrative Specialist (Civilian), eventually converting to a full-time civilian employee after completing an internship.

Maura Pagano attended Seattle University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a BA Honors in Strategic Communications.
