Dana Leizarovits

Dana Leizarovits is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Firefly since May 2022, Dana oversees HR functions for a cloud infrastructure automation platform. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager and Business Partner roles at Jolt.io, where responsibilities encompassed the entire employee lifecycle and strategic HR initiatives. Dana began the HR career as a Recruiting Associate at Jolt.io and also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Munters, focusing on gender equality. Prior positions include Office & Account Manager at "Sygon-Halevy" law office and Operations Sergeant in the Israeli Air Force. Dana holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University.
