Anindya Karmakar

Anindya Karmakar is an experienced professional in digital transformation and strategy, currently serving as Head of Digital & Analytics at Aditya Birla Capital. Previously, Anindya held multiple leadership roles at Aditya Birla Housing Finance and Aditya Birla Finance & Home Finance Limited, including Head of Strategy, Product, Operations, and Customer Service, as well as Business Head of Digital Lending. Anindya's background also includes significant positions at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included branch digitization and sales automation, and a role as Executive Vice President at ING Life. Anindya holds an MBA in Marketing and General Management from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and is pursuing an Accelerated Development Program in Leadership & Management at The Wharton School.
