Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at Aditya Birla Capital, Darshana has previously held significant positions such as Executive Vice President of Digital, Marketing, and Customer Experience at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Visual Merchandising at HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd.
