Neel Prajapati

Neel Prajapati currently serves as the Area Credit Manager at Aditya Birla Capital, leading a team of credit approvers to maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies since December 2023. Neel has expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring credit programs, facilitating training for team competency, and managing vendor relationships within the Gujarat Cluster for Prime and Affordable Housing Loans. Prior to this role, Neel worked at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. as a Branch Credit Manager, focusing on affordable housing loan processes and credit risk management, and held similar positions at JM Financial Home Loans Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Bank, and MAS Financial Services Limited, where skills in credit analysis, portfolio management, and team leadership were honed.
