Pratik Bholanath Agrawal

Pratik Bholanath Agrawal is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience design and team management. Currently serving as Design Leader at Aditya Birla Capital since May 2023, Pratik guides a team of designers while setting the design vision and strategy for financial products. Previous roles include Sr. UX Manager at HDFC Bank, where Pratik led UX designers and researchers to create intuitive digital interfaces, and UX Lead at VMLY&R. Pratik also held positions as a Senior UX Designer at Oracle, UX Lead at Capgemini and Zycus, and UX Developer at Bigtree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Pratik holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Thakur College of Engineering & Technology.
