Joseph Fremante

Joseph Fremante is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in structural design and project management. Currently serving as Team Leader for Bridge Design at Popli Design Group since November 2025, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Barton & Loguidice from January 2018 to October 2025. Joseph’s early career included roles as a Structural Engineering Intern at SWBR and an Application Engineer at Atlas Copco Comptec. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University at Buffalo and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from Clarkson University. Joseph possesses a diverse skill set involving structural analysis, team collaboration, and effective communication, demonstrated through various internships and positions.
