Sanket Deshpande

Sanket Deshpande is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel for HDFC Bank since July 2023, where responsibilities include handling Corporate Banking Group Legal transactions following the merger with HDFC Limited. Previously, Sanket held the title of In-House Counsel at HDFC Limited since September 2021, focusing on project funding, real estate title due diligence, loan transaction documentation, compliance, and corporate legal matters. Sanket also worked as a Legal Consultant for K Raheja Corp from August 2019 to September 2021 and served as Legal Counsel at the Bombay High Court under Senior Advocate Mr. Sadashiv G from September 2012 to September 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Legal Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics and a postgraduate degree in Law from the University of Buckingham.
