Nada Alnajafi

Nada Alnajafi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in commercial, technology, and data privacy agreements. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Franklin Templeton since January 2019, Nada also founded and leads Contract Nerds, a legal blog dedicated to contracts. As a best-selling author, Nada’s book, "Contract Redlining Etiquette," has gained notable recognition on Amazon. In addition to providing legal expertise as an outside counsel for various startups, including INDI EV and Faraday Future, Nada has contributed to legal education as a guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. Nada holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
