Shajman M.A has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & TA Automation and previously holding positions such as Zonal Head of Talent Staffing and Assistant Zonal Manager of HRBP-South at Aditya Birla Capital. Previous roles at ICICI Securities include Manager HR, Assistant Manager HR, and Executive HR, alongside an earlier position as Senior Executive HR and Human Resources Executive at Bajaj Capital Ltd. Shajman holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from ICFAI and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
