Ashish Pandey

Ashish Pandey has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as GM HR at Hindalco Industries Limited, part of the Aditya Birla Group, since November 2015. Previous positions at Hindalco include AGM HR and Sr Manager HR, focusing on plant HR functions. Ashish also held the role of Regional HR Head for East India at Aditya Birla Retail Limited in a generalist capacity. Prior experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager and Assistant Manager HR at Globus Stores Pvt. Ltd., with a focus on the Delhi/NCR region, as well as a role as Executive HR & Admin at Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited. Ashish holds an MBA in Human Resource Development from V.B.S Purvanchal University, completed in 2007.
