Malini N Menon is a distinguished professional with substantial experience in leadership and management across various high-profile organizations. As the Founder and Managing Director of IEDEA since July 2006, Menon has overseen over 650 significant projects, establishing influential relationships with global leaders. In addition, Menon serves as Chief Architect and President of the Executive Council for the Asian Business Leadership Forum, and as Chief Advisor for Outreach and Funding Initiatives at Dubai Cares, contributing to educational access for millions. Concurrently, Menon holds advisory roles with the Aditya Birla Group, Imperium Ventures, Dubai Women's Establishment, Dubai FDI, and several prominent government initiatives. Menon’s academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and English Literature from Bangalore University.
