Prithwiraj R. has a range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Prithwiraj started their career at Cognizant as a Principal Software Engineer from August 2010 to July 2013. Prithwiraj then worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Marico Limited from April 2014 to June 2014. Prithwiraj also had internships at Johnson & Johnson from July 2014 to December 2014, and at Mondelēz International from September 2014 to January 2015. Prithwiraj R. returned to Marico Limited and held various roles, including Corporate Management Trainee from June 2015 to March 2016, Sales HR Manager from March 2016 to March 2019, and HR Analytics Manager from April 2019 to November 2020. Prithwiraj worked as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Godrej Group from November 2020 to May 2021. Recently, they served as an HR Business Partner at Lenovo from April 2021 to October 2022. Prithwiraj R. is currently working as the Lead of Compensation & Benefits at Aditya Birla Group starting from October 2022.
