RashmiRanjan Jena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. RashmiRanjan started their career as a Business Development Manager at Formula One Solutions, where they were responsible for procuring business in the corporate sector and promoting products through various channels. RashmiRanjan then worked as a Business Analyst to the CEO at Pepsi, Orissa, where they were in charge of bottom-up planning and conversion of national sales plans to the local level.

After that, RashmiRanjan Jena served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Luminous Engineering and Technology Services Private Limited, where they handled strategy and corporate planning. RashmiRanjan was involved in large projects, annual budget preparation, and initiated project-wise profitability review processes.

Later, RashmiRanjan Jena joined Knowledge Infrastructure Systems Ltd. as an Executive Assistant to the CMD, where they led the tender business and empanelment process for PSU suppliers.

In 2011, they joined Jaya Shree Textiles - Aditya Birla Group as Head of Sourcing & New Business. RashmiRanjan'sprimary focus was identifying new growth opportunities and implementing them with complete P&L responsibility. RashmiRanjan conceptualized the Linen Rich Blends Vertical and led the integrated insights and strategic planning of Textiles Business as EA to CEO. RashmiRanjan'skey achievements include developing a strategic blueprint, productivity improvement, and study of the linen industry in China.

RashmiRanjan Jena obtained an MBA in General Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed a B.Tech degree in Agrill. Engg. from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Skillsoft, including "Being a Fair and Caring Manager," "Building Innovation Cultures and Leaders," "Facing the Management Challenges of Difficult Behavior and Diverse Teams," "Leadership Insights on Developing People," and "Learning from Failure" in the year 2022.
