Srividya Samu

Srividya Samu has over 23 years of work experience. Srividya started their career at SYSTIME as an Executive in Human Resources from May 1998 to May 2000. Srividya then joined Xansa as a Lead Consultant from June 2002 to August 2010, where they were responsible for defining and developing the global roadmap for PeopleSoft implementations.

In 2010, Srividya joined IBM Global Business Services as a Managing Consultant from August 2010 to June 2011. Srividya later moved to Infosys as a Principal Consultant from February 2012 to May 2018.

Currently, they are working at Aditya Birla Group since June 2018. Srividya started as the Head of Service Delivery in the HR Shared Services and also served as the RPA Program Manager for HR Process automation. In February 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head - Seamex HR Shared Services Centre at Aditya Birla Group. Srividya is responsible for managing a team of 60 HR analysts and operational leads, centrally managing HR operations for multiple HR processes for the Group.

Srividya Samu earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 1994.
